Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Made-to-Order Items All of our products are made to order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the item is in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- The item has been damaged due to not following our aftercare and washing instructions
- The item is a sale item or gift card
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Contact us at madebymoul@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at madebymoul@outlook.com.
